Cancellation
Policy: There will
be no charge for reservations cancelled prior to two
hours before the scheduled service (on Sedan and SUV only).
Cancellations within one hour of scheduled service and/or cancellations
without prior notifications to Frederic Transportation will
be charged $120 full fare, transfer, or a minimum 2 hrs. If
you have difficulty reaching your driver, please call our
toll free number 1-888-846-7965 to reschedule.
Types of Rates
Hourly Rates is $60 per Hour (2 hour minimum) any additional
hour will be $60/hr.
Any transfer is $120 minimum
Transfer within jurisdiction is 2 hours ($120)
To the next jurisdiction is 2 hours ($120)
More than one stop is considered as directed 2 hours
minimum ($180 + 18%) any additional hour will be ($60)
More than one jurisdiction is as directed
Out of town trip is $3.5 per mile plus toll (call for additional
details)
Our rates include the first 30 minutes of waiting time
at the airport. After the first 30 minutes there will
be a $15.50 (quaterly) additional charge unless there
are special delays or weather related conditions
Multi Passenger Vehicles
$85 per hr. for SUV (minimum 3 hours)
Equipped with entertainment center
$85 per hr. for Van (3 hours minimum) for
7 passengers
$90 per hr. for Van (3 hours minimum) for
15 passengers
$80 per hr. for 25 passenger Limo Bus, 4 Hour minimum,
plus 20% gratuity
$95 per hr. for Limousine (4 hours minimum) Reservation
required, also a deposit of 50%
Late cancellation/Late changes/No shows will be charged
the full airport rate
After destination as directed schedule cancellation will
be charged at the minimum hours as reserved (3hrs)
Sedan plus 18%, any other vehicle will be charged hourly
rate
All SUV transfer will be a minimum 3 hrs. (24 hour cancellation
notice, otherwise will be charge for 3 hrs minimum)
